    Mondeghili

    Ingredients for 4 servings:
    400gr beef meat or remaining of boiled meat or stewed meat
    100gr minced sausage
    100gr liver mortadella or Bologna mortadella
    2 whole eggs
    Stale bread crumb, dipped in milk
    1tbs grated parmesan cheese
    Minced parsley
    Garlic
    Salt
    Pepper and nutmeg
    Bread crumbs
    Butter

    Preparation:
    In a medium mixing bowl, pour minced meat, sausage, minced mortadella and well squeezed and crumbled bread

    Stir well, add eggs, parsley, minced garlic, grated parmesan cheese, some salt, pepper and nutmeg.
    Stir well with a wooden spoon.

    Shape small balls, a bit pressed, sprinkle with bread crumbs and fry both sides in hot butter.
    Serve modeghili very warm.
